It was the first hormone to be discovered in the early 1900s and has been found in humans, mice, rats, dogs, pigs, and other mammals [ 1 ]. Secretin shows biological effects by interacting with secretin receptors. WebWe found that iNOS and IL-1β mRNA and protein expression were extremely high in the LPS-treated AMs, and the knockdown of C/EBPβ significantly altered this phenomenon.
