Inchworm was found under the large pine tree at the top of the staircase next to Bellarmine Hall on the Saint Joseph's University Campus. Inchworm came from Direct Isolation, followed by 2 more rounds of purification. The Titer was 3.8 x 10^10 pfu/mL. The DNA concentration was 111.6 μg/mL.
