WebJul 14, 2011 · When I was using Internet Explorer, the browser allowed me to export my favorites into a text file that I could attach to an email, or just keep. This made sure that if the program ever crashed or those kinds of things were lost, I would always have all of my favorites that I could then import again if necessary.
